Discharge printing on promotional towels

Discharge print is a method of printing where a colour destroying agent is screen printed onto the product which in essence extracts the dyed fabric colour. This process reverts the area printed back to the natural fibre colour of the towel. This is extremely effective when a single colour or a light colour is required onto a darker surface.

By using this printing method it will also create a soft feel or handle once washed. Sometimes screen printing leaves a hard surface print onto the towel so depending on the design required Discharge printed beach towels may suit your design over screen printing directly.

We can also add different discharge colours to the towels creating a superior effect and a long lasting, high quality promotional towel. In simple terms this process could be called bleaching.
